Exchanges and Returns
Saga_ accepts exchanges or returns of items within a maximum period of 14 days, provided they have not been used and retain their original packaging. The Customer/user has the right to claim any defect, inaccuracy or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered.
To return an item, you must fill out the returns form indicating the store where you intend to send or deliver the item. After the item's condition has been confirmed, you will be refunded via the same payment method within 5 working days. For ATM payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For exchanges, a voucher with the item's value will be issued, valid for 1 year.
Shipping costs incurred by the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. In this situation, only the value of the items will be refunded, with the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a logistical error by Saga_, after contacting the customer, Saga_ will collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.
Saga_ does not accept returns sent with postage paid or cash on delivery.
